Pair of Louis XV style bedside tables in walnut

Pair of vintage, antique, French Louis XV style walnut bedside tables, circa 1940s/50s. They have a fantastic design with a narrow width, resting on long, elegant, slender, and slightly curved legs, making them ideal for smaller spaces. Each table features a storage compartment measuring 23 cm wide x 23 cm deep (W 23 cm x D 23 cm x H 13 cm). Above the storage compartments are clean and functional drawers with their original pull knobs, measuring 14.5 cm wide x 14.5 cm deep x 13 cm high; the other measuring 14.5 cm wide x 19 cm deep x 3.5 cm high. The bedside tables are in very good overall condition, original and vintage, with some light marks, signs of age and previous use consistent with their age, and a patina throughout. There are some areas of slightly faded color on both tabletops, the legs, and the side and back panels (see photos). The pieces are solid, stable, and practical. All photos were taken outdoors in natural light. Colors may therefore vary depending on the lighting, reflections, angles, and perspective.
