Vintage desk set and Baumann chair

Lovely desk + chair set dating from the 60s/70s unearthed in a beautiful champagne residence. The desk, made by a craftsman, is made of so-called fruit wood which was widely used for the manufacture of furniture. It has 7 drawers and 2 sliding shelves. The beautiful brass handles are original. Note a small chip in the varnish on the angel of a drawer (visible in close-up photo); the charm of vintage. The baumann chair has a stamp and a transport label under the seat. We have of course cleaned and disinfected everything for daily use. Dimensions of the desk: height 74cm, width 150cm, depth 60cm, leg passage width 50cm, leg passage height 70cm. Interior dimensions of the 6 identical drawers: height 12cm, width 30cm, depth 35cm. Interior dimensions of the central drawer: height 9cm, width 47cm, depth 35cm.
