Mid-Century Vintage Storage Cabinet on Metal Legs

Vintage storage cabinet from the middle of the century on 4 legs from the 1950s - 1960s. The room is in beech, with a golden oak color & a varnished finish. The front & rear panels (doors), & handles, are made of plywood, of the same color & finish as the body (see photos.) it rests on 4 feet in steel tube of industrial green color typical of the time. The 4 black foot skates are original (see photos.) storage cabinets of this style were usually found in schools. The main goal behind this design was to optimize classroom space, placing them as dividers between students' desks, so they could store their books and school supplies on either side. Pieces like this are not commonly found nowadays, as over time, schools began to make improvements to classrooms, so this type of furniture would be replaced with a modernized model. Nowadays, this could be used not only for storage, but also as a tv stand, vinyl storage, as a showcase, etc. Please note that the doors are not fixed as they slide into a railing, so they can be removed and exchanged in different positions, depending on tastes or needs. The piece is in good general condition, original and vintage, with slight signs and marks of age & previous use on the general structure, top, sides, interior and feet (see photos.) some light areas of washed out color & a patina of time on the general structure (see photos.) it is solid & stable.
