unique round metal Gino Sarfatti Style Ceiling Wall Light Flushmount Italy 1950s

Article: Brass ceiling light / wall light. Origin: Italy. Age: 1950s. This vintage modernist light was produced in the 1950s in italy. The lights is made of metal and copper with a large round black original shade element covering the two light sockets which is made of copper. The light has two e27 light socket for bulbs. The bulb are covered by the black shade with what creates a nice indirect light atmosphere of defused light, the light is directed to the ceiling. The light is in its original vintage condition with normal traces and fantastic patina on the metal. The electrification was renewed. Please notice it should always be used be non warming light bulbs as the black shade is made of copper and can be very hot, by using standard normal light bulb. The origin of these lights is italy, and remembers in the style and design of stilnovo, gio ponti and gino sarfatti. Dimensions: Height 12 cm. Diameter 31 cm.
