Floor or table lamp in German glass and synthetic cork in M Design style by Ingo Maurer, 1960s.

Vintage design. Very rare table or floor lamp by the famous designer Ingo Maurer from the late 1960s. A classic design of impressive size. The angular shape of the shade is striking, giving the lamp a factual appearance and creating a special play of shadows. The shade is covered in a cork-like material, also used in other Maurer projects. The large base is made of black glass and tapers upwards. The lamp is in very good condition with signs of wear and patina. The shade is slightly wavy in some places, but this is not noticeable.
