G plan furniture has been noted for many years for its sound construction and excellent design. G plan - e. Gomme ltd was based in high wycombe, england, a major center of british furniture manufacturing. The company was revered for its range of high-quality sideboards, tables, and other cabinet goods and for pioneering the concept of furniture sets designed and made to match. The bookcase originally part of a larger unit has been re-purposed. The bookcase has a double cupboard and four shelves. We have mounted the cabinet on metal hairpin legs for a perfect combination of contemporary and mid-century modern styles. The piece has a beautiful teak grain, warm tones, and rich colors.
