The hexagonal shapes contain a multitude of small symbols and traditional motifs, giving the kilim a strong visual identity and a unique artisanal character. The variations present among the different patterns testify to the weaver's manual work. Its palette is dominated by red and beige, accompanied by shades of brown, cream, and small touches of secondary colours that enrich the composition without losing its harmony. The colours have been obtained using traditional vegetable dyes and now present a beautiful natural patina, characteristic of vintage Anatolian textiles.
