Stunning mid-century octagonal glass pendant/ceiling light from Limburg, Germany's leading glasswork, renowned for its premium and modernist lighting products (Germany, 1960s/1970s). Black square "iron" stripes inlaid in thick hand blown transparent glass with small air bubbles encased in the glass. Great design & high quality. Casts a wonderful light (see pictures). Labelled. Newly re-wired and ready to use (compatible in all countries Europe, US, etc.). Requires 1x E27 light bulb. LED compatible. Total height (from the ceiling, adjustable): c. 80 cm; width: 20 cm; depth: 20 cm. The length of the cable is adjustable. Excellent vintage condition. Light patina on the metal elements.
