Vintage coffee table 1950 Gérard Guermonprez Magnani - 80 x 50 x 35 cm

Antique designer coffee table designed by Gérard Guermonprez and produced by Magnani in wood and satin black lacquered metal, circa 1960, in good condition. One of the legs has been welded and repainted in black lacquer; it is slightly tilted towards the inside of the table. This is a cosmetic flaw that has no impact on the stability of the table. The wooden top is clipped onto the metal frame without screws or nails. There is also a slight offset between the right and left, which is relatively discreet. The tabletop is generally clean; the four original glides are present, and the original label with the Magnani and Gérard Guermonprez logo is still visible under the table. The top measures 80.5 X 49.5 cm, and the table height is 35 cm.
