Beautiful straight pitcher (or vase) in pyrite stoneware, handmade, signed. Art pottery by guy roland marcy - 1970s. The surface of the stoneware has roughness, raised spots, drips etc., of origin, which give it a rustic and natural appearance. Inside we can see the rings of the pottery on the wheel. Height 22 cm. Base and opening diameter: 8.7 cm. Weight before packaging 783g. Capacity approximately 80 cl. With handle and spout, it can be a pitcher or vase or simply an elegant decorative object. It is signed below by the artist "grm" (guy roland marcy) born in 1925. Condition: I note a very small chip at the base without consequence, which is barely visible, because it is drowned in the other original spots (see photos) no cracks. In beautiful vintage condition. If you like artistic, handmade objects with character, with a raw and natural appearance, this pot is made for you!
