Vintage table lamp signed Louis Drimmer, glazed ceramic & lampshade

Vintage table lamp in ceramic signed Louis Drimmer, dating from the 1970s. The base, spherical in shape, features a particularly rich glaze work, alternating deep shades of green and black with an upper area in golden lustre. This subtle transition creates an almost mineral effect, enhanced by the shine of the ribbed brass neck. The cylindrical lampshade has been custom-made and dressed in Chivasso fabric with stylised botanical patterns. Its graphic design adds a strong decorative dimension while diffusing a warm and enveloping light. The whole forms a successful balance between a sculptural base and a more graphic textile expression. Signed under the base. Condition: Good vintage condition.
