Kaj winding & poul hundevad (publisher), danish daybed in solid rosewood from the 60s/70s. Easily removable, its tapered base continues elegantly to form the uprights of the structure. It is in almost perfect used condition. Publisher labels retained. Delivered without bedding. Suitable for a 90x190 cm mattress. Kaj winding (1922-1983) is best known for his iconic creation, the trienna chair, in bent wood and leather, with its elegant, clean design which quickly became a classic of danish design. In addition to the trienna, kaj winding designed other furniture for design-craftsmen and poul hundevad, as well as lighting fixtures for louis poulsen. He also worked as a graphic designer for the danish ceramics company bing & grøndahl.
