Vintage 1930 terrestrial globe Forest wood Girard Barrère - 40 cm

Old cardboard, wood and metal world map from the forest, girard, barrère and thomas brand circa 1950 in good condition. The map is clean, the colors are bright, the wooden and metal base is superb. It is not dated but we find the former french colonies of north africa and the indies so it dates from the 30s/40s because india will appear in 1950 and we can read iran which replaces persia in 1934. It measures 40cm high for 24cm deep, the globe displays 24cm in diameter.
