Glass suspension lamp Lampoon postmodern by Aldo Cibic for Foscarini

Vintage design. Postmodern suspension by the Italian manufacturer Foscarini, designed by Aldo Cibic in 2002. The striking detail of the Lampoon series is a glass with vaults. The small hills are symmetrically distributed around the diffuser and break the spherical shape of the glass. This lamp body makes the Lampoon both a functional light source and a luminous object. Another special feature is visible in the shape and colour of the ceiling mount. It is fixed to the ceiling with a wide base on a shadow joint. The Lampoon series was not produced for long and is now rarely available.
