Louis XV style bedside table in wood and marble

Louis XV style bedside table from the first half of the 20th century, topped with a veined brown marble surface and resting on characteristic curved legs. Made from solid wood with warm tones — likely fruitwood or oak — it charms with its delicate mouldings and timeless appeal. Its compact and elegant proportions will easily find a place in a bedroom as a bedside table, or repurposed as an end table in a living room. Condition: The piece is healthy, stable, and functional, with a drawer and door that open correctly. The overall piece shows an authentic patina of time, including some micro-scratches from use and slight wear to the varnish, particularly on the legs, as well as a discreet superficial chip on the edge of the wooden top (visible in the photographs). These marks of history attest to its authenticity without detracting from its overall appearance or sturdiness.
