Danish Rosewood Sideboard by E. Brouer for Brouer Møbelfabrik, 1960s

This medium sized sideboard is all about the print and colour of the rosewood veneer. Very much an eye catcher in any modern and light interior. It has the design signature of Brouer all over it with it's top veneer in dark red colour and a superb fit of drawers and doors. The drawer interior is made from a hardwood, likely meranti, and the drawer on the right has a sliding inner green felted shelf for storage of cutlery. Behind the two doors are adjustable shelves, one on each side. Some minor scratches and gloss differences on the top, but please give it a break after 50 years, make us give this sideboard a very good vintage condition.
