Large Venetian mirror, pink glass with engraved flowers, 77 cm

Large Venetian mirror with surrounding pink or copper glass panels, adorned with engraved floral decorations and a fluted edge; a highly decorative piece dating from the 1950s or 1960s. A rare and substantial mirror; the glass panels exhibit a beautiful aged patina, including decorative spots and alterations—characteristics often found in antique mirrors. The mirror is in good vintage condition, showing signs of age and use consistent with its material and era. This includes a few small chips at the corners where the panels meet, some discolouration and spots (mainly on the surrounding panels), and a small crack at the bottom right near a screw; nevertheless, the mirror has a fantastic appearance—please refer to the photos for more details.
