Impressionist painting - Marine Oil on canvas - 19th century - French school of impressionism

Hello. I am offering an old oil on canvas from the 19th century depicting a Mediterranean summer landscape in the early morning. This seascape depicts 3 boats of different sizes in a beautiful distant horizon allowing for remarkable visual depth. We can also see in the sky a nice gradient from left to right with clouds pushed by the wind. Frame dimensions: 40 cm X 29 cm. Dimensions of the work: 35 cm X 24 cm. This oil on canvas respects the dimensions of the rule of thirds both horizontally and vertically. The work is in perfect condition, it has been completely stripped of varnish, restored, cleaned and then mounted on another canvas. Finally, a satin anti-UV varnish was applied to the canvas by a professional (winsor and newton). An old frame with an elegant pattern was added. It was resized, nailed and glued, then a colorless varnish was also applied. The whole is ready to be hung on the wall. Robust shipping on photos.
