Vintage Swedish teak desk, mid-century modern, 1960s.

This classic desk was made in Sweden in the 1960s. It is in brown-golden teak with black elements. Teak wood is very durable, coming from four types of teak. The high oil content means that water hardly penetrates it. This desk has seven drawers, three on each side and one in the central part. The drawer lock is functional, but the key is missing. The modernist shape refers to designs from the mid-century modern era. This desk is in very good vintage condition. It has been partially restored but shows natural patina and slight signs of age.
