Teak coffee table, Denmark 60s, vintage, mid-c modern

A beautiful teak coffee table made in denmark in the 60s. The table top and lower shelf are finished in teak veneer with beautiful and consistent grain. Elements such as legs, thick rounded edges or strips connecting the legs are made of solid teak. The details with which the table is finished are worth attention, starting with a solid, profiled edge, which beautifully connects with cylindrical legs, and in turn the legs connect with strips in a charming "bowtie" shape. The icing on the cake are brass elements fastening the lower shelf to the strips. The table has 1 extension, which is pulled out from under the main table top. This is a convenient solution, because it does not require additional space for its storage. The whole thing has been completely renovated, cleaned of old coatings, slightly stained to even out the color and protected with a hard oil-wax resistant to water and dirt.
