Old painting signed and dated January 1941

Pretty old painting, oil on canvas signed henry bertault and dated january 1941 at the bottom left of the canvas. Depicts a with a chair to her right and an arm resting on a screen. In a good state of preservation, there are signs of restoration on the back. The restoration is clean and remains invisible from the front. The canvas is well stretched on its original frame.
