Lounge chair model "Konestol", which means "wife's chair". Originally designed for Norsk Husbonad. Made by the Bjarne Hansens workshop. Designed in Norway, 1940. Produced in 1942. Dark birch wood, seat and backrest upholstered in red. Very good condition, with some signs of wear consistent with age and use. Very nice patina. Original upholstery. Provenance: Private collection, Oslo.
