Charming Louis XVI style wall console in wood and gilded stucco, 19th century. Top painted in Pompeii red patina and in a diamond checkerboard pattern. The base is scrolled. Its truly magnificent patina makes it a rare and unique piece. Either you keep the gilding jumps as they are or you regild the shelf with gold leaf where there are gaps. Slight invisible gap and superficial crack without gravity (see photos).
