Liqueur carafe in engraved crystal & silver metal

2961 – liqueur decanter in engraved crystal & silver-plated metal art nouveau period, louis XVI style, this liqueur decanter with its blown and engraved crystal stopper with a silver-plated metal frame in good condition. No cracks, just micro-chips from use on the edge of the neck. Pretty engraved decoration of plants. The cork, like the carafe, bears the number 48, which certifies that it is indeed his. Rectangular hallmark marked “silver metal” and that of the master goldsmith with the letters gh and a star (georges loyeux?). Height 245mm X 62mm. Weight 380 g. Careful and tracked shipping.
