Caithness Glass blown glass vase

Very beautiful vase in bluish glass and inclusions of white volutes in the glass, more and more present as we go down towards the base of the vase. It seems to me that this vase comes from the famous art glassworks caithness glass, created in 1961 in the county of caithness in scotland. This is an artisanal vase, handmade and mouth-blown, as evidenced by the small air bubbles included in the glass, with beautiful finishes (very smooth, non-sharp high rim). It probably dates from the 60s to the 80s. Its shape is pretty, well balanced, with a thick base (not too fragile therefore) and relatively heavy for good stability, decorated with three rings in relief. It is in very good condition, no cracks, no chips, just two or three tiny, almost invisible scratches. It measures 16 cm in height, approximately 12 cm in maximum diameter and weighs approximately 700g. Shipping by colissimo will include insurance at the price of the item.
