Pair of armchairs in the Sven Ivar Dysthe design for Dokka Møbler. They were manufactured in the 1960s. The frame is made of solid rosewood with a beautiful and irregular grain. The chairs are equipped with a comfortable black vinyl seat. This is the rare version with a solid rosewood frame with armrests and consistent organic upholstery. Sven Ivar Dysthe is a Norwegian furniture designer born in 1931 in Oslo, Norway. He received the Jakob Prize from Norsk Form in 1986. Very good original condition. A few scratches.
