Creamer and jam maker in diamond-point crystal and silver rim, circa 1930

Don't they say that everything small is cute?🤗🤗. This duo includes a creamer and a jam or sugar bowl, quite charming with its diamond-cut glass over the entire surface. The strapping is in patinated silver, as proof of this are the hallmarks which I cannot decipher. Perhaps of English origin. No chipping or cracking.
