Apple basket made of wire

Here is a beautiful country basket from the 1940s that was intended for apple picking. It is in a chicken fence as it was done at the time. It has a wooden handle. It is superb and the years have offered it some traces of rust that give it a crazy charm. It can be used as a decoration in a kitchen, in an entrance, in the bathroom to store soaps or in the garden to deposit your picking. All uses are possible! It's a beautiful french piece!
