XL Oak Farm Table

Old solid oak farmhouse table from the 50s with its large format and very thick top. This table, with spindle legs, has four drawers on each side (front and back) bringing its additional storage to 8 drawers in total, each topped with brass handles. We love its format, which will allow for large convivial tables. We also love the quality of it, with its body all in solid oak (some of the drawer fronts are in walnut), with this grain and this wood color so qualitative and singular. This table has been entirely treated, sanded, lightly stained to bring out its patina then protected using a transparent matt varnish. The top is very thick - 4 cm -, be careful the table is very heavy. Small extensions were added by the previous owners, we have kept them, with their small defects. This table being old, it may have defects in the wood, inherent to its great age. - overall dimensions - l 260 X d 86 X h 79 cm drawer dimensions - l 38 and 36 X d 29 X h 8 cm height under strip - 59 cm thickness of the top - 4 cm.
