Three-palm floor lamp in brass and crystal, Marchetti Illuminazione

Sculptural floor lamp of great impact, in Hollywood Regency style, produced in Italy by Marchetti Illuminazione between the 1970s and 1980s, with the brand still present on the lamp. Marchetti Illuminazione is a company from the Marche region, based in Ancona, founded over 50 years ago — thus straddling the 1960s and 1970s — with the declared aim of producing chandeliers and lamps made of handcrafted crystal. The name is linked to Sergio Marchetti, whose collection remains the heart of the catalogue. The brand is now used by Maestri di Luce Srl, also in Ancona, which has inherited its history and production. This lamp features three palm trees on a circular base made of polished brass, with overlapping scale-like stems and metal sheet leaves embellished with rows of crystals set along the central vein — a distinctive sign of the house, which has always specialised in crystal chandeliers. Three lights with transparent glass globes. An authentic vintage piece, with a strong visual presence: perfect as a centrepiece in a living room, study, or hospitality environment. Brass with a vintage patina, the lamp is structurally intact and the electrical system is functional.
