Chesterfield Regency William IV canapé restored circa 1830

We are delighted to offer for sale this sumptuous William IV round-back sofa, fully restored, in Regency blue, with turned legs in flamed elm. This period sofa, dating from around 1830, is rare with its flamed elm legs. Restored 3-4 years ago, it features a new Regency blue leather covering, a thick seat cushion filled with feathers, accompanied by two decorative cushions also filled with feathers. Charming English country house style, in perfect restored condition with some light signs of use and transport. Dimensions: height 89 cm, width 213.5 cm, depth 73 cm, seat height 48 cm.
