Sculptural lamp body "Stacked Glass" vintage 75-85 modernist

Very beautiful sculptural lamp body made of glass strips, to be electrified, to accommodate a string of lights or a large LED candle for ambient lighting. Vintage from the years 1975-1985, handcrafted, very chic and uncommon modernist "Stacked Glass" design, probably a work from an independent glass workshop of Italian or French origin. Composed of long glass strips stacked in a square on a silver-plated metal frame, a succession of 3 slightly greenish-blue transparent strips separated by a black glass or lucite strip. The strips are held together by a very thin layer of white rubber at the ends (slightly visible on the sides as it protrudes in places, discreet). It has the shape of a square tube, adopting a wavy movement. Some strips are shorter, irregular, and leave gaps in the structure, which seems to be original, due to the artisanal work. It measures 30 cm in height with the feet (silver-plated metal balls), approximately 21 cm in maximum depth and 15.5 cm in width. Very good overall condition, with a few small discreet chips on the edges, without visual impact. Weighs approximately 3.5 kg.
