Original side chair designed by harry bertoia in the 1950s with orange seat pad for knoll international. As knoll say: "innovative, comfortable and strikingly handsome, harry bertoia's side chair's delicate filigree appearance bellies its strength and durability". As bertoia said: "if you look at these chairs, they are mainly made of air, like sculpture. Space passes right through them." Brilliant. Welded steel with rods of chrome polish paint. In good vintage condition - bought from the original owner. Height: 74cm. Width: 53.5cm. Depth: 56.5cm. Seat height: 45.5cm. The chair will be sent disassembled for safety.
