Librarian's professional furniture

Former library furniture forming a desk, consultation desk, writing desk. The desk is intended for consulting books while remaining standing. It comes from an old library. Manufactured at the end of the 19th century. The tray is inclined and equipped with a stop allowing you to hold the work consulted, it also serves as a writing desk. This top opens onto a storage space + two doors in the lower part of the furniture open with numerous storage shelves. The furniture was painted at the time which gives it a patina, the furniture is in fir and the writing desk in oak. It is in good general condition if you want it stripped it will still be just as magnificent. Dimensions 104 cm wide, 115 cm at the highest, dimension at the bottom of the writing desk 106 cm high, 53 cm deep.
