Very pretty wall light or table lamp (because it has an electrical outlet, but no switch) in metal (silver color) and thick glass front with a pattern of half-spheres in relief. I do not know if its primary use was as a wall light and its previous owner added the electrical outlet or if on the contrary, it was a table lamp and then removed the switch, but both are easily possible (either remove the outlet or add a switch). According to my research, this wall light dates from the 50s to 70s, some attribute it to the designer Jacques Biny in 1955, but not having found official confirmation, I let you be the judge. It is a good quality light, metal and thick glass. This light fixture is in good condition, the glass is intact, the metal has some signs that testify to its age but nothing annoying or very visible: some marks on the metal on the outside, and a little corrosion on the inside and a point on the outside at the corner of the glass, a small lack on the plastic of the electrical socket. I tested it, it works. The socket is intended for a small base bulb (I leave you the energy saving bulb inside). It measures 21 cm in length, 7 cm in width and 6 cm in depth, including the glass.
