Superb French garden furniture from the 1950s, consisting of a round table and four chairs made of woven rattan and chestnut. This rare model features a lightweight yet very sturdy structure, entirely made of rattan and chestnut weaving. Remarkable geometric weaving created by the Raffier workshops and designed by Le Corbusier. The clean lines, the roundness of the backs, and the delicacy of the sections recall the organic explorations of architectural design from the 1950s. Perfect for a conservatory, a winter garden, a covered terrace, or a Mediterranean interior. In very good vintage condition. The structure is sound and stable. Some normal signs of use considering its age (patina, slight variations in colour). No major damage in the weaving.
