Magnificent antique oval dish made of ironstone from the Faïencerie de Lyon, model "Rose de Noël," in a superb burgundy shade on an ivory background. An especially elegant floral decoration, featuring delicate Christmas roses accompanied by foliage and fine branches. A charming piece, typical of the beautiful French productions from the late 19th century. Model stamped "Rose de Noël" on the back. A very beautiful piece to complete an antique service, decorate a china cabinet, or enhance a table in a chic country style. The dish is in very good condition, with a slight patina and fine enamel crazing due to its age.
