Antique lamp in onyx and brass (c. 1920-1930)

Large lamp in onyx and brass with lampshade in pig bladder and fringed stripes in green and aged gold tones. The lampshade is very elaborate with patterns of palmettes stamped on the different vents. The onyx has beautiful patterns with veins red blood of beauf and white of naples. The lamp has been completely dismantled and cleaned. The electricity has been completely redone with an old-fashioned fabric braided thread (but to current standards) with switch and bronze color socket. Large length of wire. Bayonet base b22. Very nice general condition. Note: a tear in the skin of the lampshade on one of the sides. It is more or less visible depending on the humidity of the room. Small felt pads have been affixed under the base to avoid damaging the lamp and the support intended to receive it. Total height of the lamp: 60 cm. Height of the lampshade: 26 cm.
