Vintage solid wood chest of drawers - unique handcrafted creation.

Unique piece fully restored, transformed, and finished by hand. This old solid wood chest of drawers has been completely reimagined to give it a contemporary and elegant aesthetic, while retaining some elements of its original character, notably the marquetry on the sides. The facades have been entirely handcrafted: each element of the relief has been cut, sanded, and worked on individually, then assembled to form this graphic relief pattern. The relief is made of pine, with no prefabricated elements. The original structure has also been transformed: four drawers have been replaced with two drawers and an open niche, ideal for displaying books, vinyl records, decorative objects, or a small turntable. • Solid wood structure. • Facades with handcrafted relief in pine. • Cedar Green finish. • Original marquetry carefully preserved on the sides. • Decorative handles in gold metal. • Slim legs with a brass finish. • Two fully sanded drawers, inside and out. • Drawer interiors waxed and lined with wallpaper. • Final protection with a high-resistance varnish.
