Antique cherry wood dining table from France.

Magnificent antique cherry wood dining table with turned legs, originating from France, circa 1880. The table features a drawer with compartments on one side and a sliding extension on the other. We have fully restored this table: the legs have been raised, the structure reinforced and polished, and the top has been sanded, stained, and varnished with three coats of matte parquet varnish. The space between the floor and the bottom edge of the table is 63 cm. The table shows some old traces of woodworm, which have of course been treated and filled where necessary. A superb elegant French table that will find its place in your kitchen, dining room, or living room.
