L3 Floor Lamp by H. Fillekes for Artiforte, 1955 | Unique Object

Artiforte floor lamp model l3 designed by h. Fillekes in 1955. This is a very rare floor lamp from the then rotterdam company artiforte at insulindestraat 222 (not to be confused with the furniture company artifort). The company artiforte already existed before artifort started using this name. This mid-century floor lamp has a special leg, an adjustable rod arm with small counterweight and an adjustable perforated shade with the original perspex diffuser behind it! The condition is still good with normal signs of age and use; the stand was professionally repainted once, the hood is still original. Color: white, silver and black. Material: metal, nickel, perforated metal and perspex. Dimensions: adjustable, h X w X d = 155 X 105 X 38 cm.
