Swiss mid-century table lamp by Temde, 1960s.

This is a rare table lamp from the Swiss manufacturer Temde. It serves as both a functional light source and a very aesthetic decorative object. The design resembles a candlestick. The lamp consists of a long central cylinder, from which three other cylinders branch out. The length of the cylinders decreases from the inside to the outside. The bridges to the cylinders are very simple and linear. Each cylinder is equipped with an E27 socket. The base has a simple disc and is covered with red felt to protect the surface of the table. The entirely white design and simple shape give the body a sober appearance. This creates an exciting contrast with the bright bulbs. The lamp is ideal for mirror head bulbs.
