Distressed wardrobe

A sublime and authentic French wardrobe from the Alsace region, late 19th century, crafted entirely from solid fir. Constructed from two sections joined together with two wedges and topped with a cornice, its hoof-shaped feet are typical of the Napoleon III style. It features six shelves and two lockable doors. The exterior patina is a result of paint remnants and meticulous sanding. The interior has been repainted with paint matching the original finish, and the shelves have also been varnished for easy future dusting. In our cabinetmaking workshop, the wardrobe has undergone conservation restoration; minor imperfections and signs of age attest to its authenticity. It will be a practical addition to a stylish bedroom and undeniably the centerpiece of any living room. Ready to be installed. Dimensions in cm: W144 H218 D47.
