This modernist Domus armchair was designed by Inge Andersson for the Swedish manufacturer Bröderna Andersson in the 1960s. The elegant frame of the armchair is made of teak in a chestnut brown shade. The legs of the armchair are subtly connected to the armrests and the frame. The wide seat and backrest are covered in high-quality white boucle fabric, featuring a thick and distinct weave. The streamlined design of the armchair makes it very comfortable. The armchair reflects Swedish quality and craftsmanship at the highest level. Bröderna Anderssons is a family business founded in 1946 by three brothers: Sven, Inge, and Max Andersson. What characterises the tradition of Bröderna Anderssons more than anything is Swedish quality, craftsmanship, and the pride in creating each piece of furniture. The secret to these artisans' success lies in traditional craftsmanship. At Bröderna Anderssons, the entire production chain is maintained in-house. From the selection of wood species to the final stitch, including our own frame production. The armchair is in very good vintage condition. Upholstered. The seat height is 36 cm. The colours of the products shown in the photos may differ slightly from the actual ones. This is due to individual monitor settings and lighting conditions – the photos were taken in artificial light, which may affect the perception of colours. However, we strive to ensure that the photos reflect the actual appearance of the product as faithfully as possible. The offer may include photos of the item in a living space, but these are for illustrative purposes only.
