Magnificent english buffet of the nineteenth century. Made by an artisan cabinetmaker in the uk just over a century ago, this sideboard is made entirely of pine. The work of carving wood and light and fine, which allows this beautiful piece of furniture to still be fashionable today. The wooden handles have been replaced by pretty blown glass button handles to give it a modern twist. Beech ball legs, from a table made by my grandfather, were added to give it a more airy side. Otherwise, it has just been revised, cleaned and waxed to restore it to its beautiful appearance of yesteryear. The patina that gave it time is absolutely sumptuous. It consists of 3 doors opening onto 3 spaces with a central shelf. Above, there are 3 drawers, including one, very practical, having lockers to store cutlery! It is in excellent general condition, there are of course scratches and some shots, but isn't it beautiful like that With its consequent volume (1.52m long and 1m04 high), it allows maximum storage. Perfection would be with a beautiful horizontal mirror placed on it for more depth (look at my other announcements!!) This charming buffet finally allows to have the solidity of the old, and a piece of furniture in full in tune with the times. After spending the last few decades in a charming gers house, he is ready to join a new style house! Size: Length: 152 cm. Height: 104 cm. Depth: 60 cm. Weight: 62 kg.
