Antique natural coral mounted on turned wooden base, 17 cm

Antique specimen of natural white coral, mounted on a turned wooden base. Probably of the genus acropora, this coral has a very branched and harmonious shape, with a fine and regular texture, typical of vintage collectibles. The piece is in the tradition of naturalist curiosities. The total height is approximately 17 cm, as indicated by the meter in the last photo. The base has a homogeneous patina and some discreet marks of age. The coral is in very good condition, without breakage. This object is a beautiful example of antique marine decoration, both decorative and evocative.
