Rare antique Dutch oak armchair with rush seat

A very rare, beautiful antique armchair in solid oak with turned spindles and a rush seat. This type of chair is normally seen as a corner chair, but rarely as a regular armchair like this one. It is comfortable to sit in. The rush seat is somewhat worn with age; on request the seat can be rewoven. A rare variant with a warm presence thanks to its natural materials; it fits perfectly with the style of Charlotte Perriand and Charles Dudouyt. A sculptural piece for a country, classic or wabi sabi interior. Origin: the Netherlands. Condition: good, seat somewhat worn (reweaving possible).
