Modernist cherry wood & metal coffee table by Jules Mijs, 1959

Beautiful square coffee table custom made by local furniture maker Jules Mijs from Temse in Belgium in 1959. This example has a cherry wood top and the metal base gives this piece a nice modernist touch. The original invoice from 1959 is available and it was bought with other nice design furniture. In very good original condition with some traces of use present as seen in the pictures.
