Pair of small solid oak benches - 1950s

Pair of small solid oak benches from the 1950s. With their compact size of 110 cm, these benches perfectly illustrate the functional and robust design of the French Reconstruction period. Their minimalist line and the quality of their assembly make them timeless pieces, capable of fitting into any type of interior architecture. The structure is entirely made of solid oak, offering a tight wood grain and an authentic honey patina. Each bench rests on a flared base connected by a stretcher, ensuring impeccable stability. Fully restored in our workshop, they have been cleaned and protected with a varnish applied by us for everyday use. Their small size makes them versatile allies: perfect at the foot of a bed, in a narrow entrance, or as extra seating around a dining table. Condition: Excellent restored condition.
