... They were all the rage of these little bamboo furniture, during the reign of napoleon III and eugenie. Created at the time to furnish the new winter gardens, their exotic side retains a timeless charm. Charming side table... All in delicacy, discreet to the point of bending when necessary. Turned wood structure, bamboo way, its top has been covered with a wallpaper of a pretty almond green to hide, probably by coquetry, some small imperfections related to past years and give it a more "fun" appearance. Stable, this lovely folding side table is in good condition.
